Extreme Hair Growth Challenge
This is a 4 Week Challenge
The goal of the challenge is to improve hair health, which ultimately leads to growth. The "extreme growth" is most likely to occur, due to the nature of this challenge. While it does not guarantee, ear to ankle-length hair overnight, it will allow you to BREAKTHROUGH any hair growth plateau - in addition to increasing the health, strength, density, repair (if needed), and integrity of your curl pattern/hair structure and scalp. While the overview of this method AND the suggested schedule serve as the overall framework of the challenge, it is important to additionaly, incorporate a holistic approach in hair growth (i.e healthy diet, regular exercise, self-care, mindfulness, prioritizing mental health, etc.)

Extreme Hair Growth-Promoting
Weekly Routine
Weekly Schedule
Sunday

Morning - Scalp Massage for 10 min
-
Afternoon - Wash Day Reset Routine (Optional)*:
-
Lightly rinse hair with lukewarm water (optional)
-
Section hair/protective styles into 4-8 sections
-
Apply rosemary tea mixture to each section, then coat with favorite deep conditioner or hair mask: [Rosemary Tea Mix Recipe] (2) cups of water, (3) small/medium pieces of crushed ginger root, (1) tbsp of MSM powder (add once it is cooled and strained) (*keep mixture refrigerated)

Cover with plastic shower cap and let sit for 30-45 min with or without heat

Rinse deep conditioner, then shampoo thoroughly
-
Apply a regular conditioner, then let sit for 5 min (if hair is in a protective style, DO NOT remove, unless desired)

Rinse conditioner, then apply leave-in conditioner

Spray roots with rosemary tea mixture
-
Coat hair with curl cream (COILS or CURLS), to re-style (layer with shea butter to seal moisturizer)

SEAL ENDs with sealant butter
-
Stretch hair with soft ties or scrunchies (optional)

Evening Scalp Massage for 30 min (3)-10 min intervals/sessions

*While weekly wash days are recommended, we also suggest wash days in the following time frames: biweekly, every 3 weeks. It is not recommended to exceed 4 weeks, especially if hair and scalp are prone to product build-up :)

Recommended Protective Styles: mini, medium, large twists and braids and flat twists. Stretch hair with soft black ties, scrunchies OR curl-safe heat (i.e RevAir). Avoid direct heat, tight hair styles, wash & gos AND twist outs (to reduce single strand knots).

Generously spray roots and mist hair with rosemary tea mix*

Apply Rosemary Scalp Oil to roots

Generously apply hair oil, focusing from mid to ends

Evenly coat hair with curl cream (COILS or CURLS)

Seal ends with sealant butter

Stretch hair with soft ties or scrunchies (optional)

Generously apply hair oil, focusing from mid to ends

Seal ends with sealant butter

Cover hair with plastic wrap or clear shower cap, then wrap with scarf overnight
